Focused exclusively on real estate since 2002 David Wagner negotiated and documented transactions as legal counsel to landowners, landlords, tenants, and buyers until 2012.

Since then he has spent the majority of his time as a broker providing advisory and other services to owners, sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and landowners.

David has provided advice and brokerage services on over $350M in commercial real estate transactions and is currently engaged with transactions valued at over $200M.
